Finch Group now owns Oxfordshire-based Bridle Insurance, following it’s biggest acquisition so far.
This latest swoop brings £10 million in gross written premium (GWP) and a workforce of 17 people who are under the leadership of directors Neil Fox and Bob Turley.
The deal will see Turley join the management team at Finch Group as Fox moves into a consultancy role. Meanwhile all employees of the commercial and personal lines business are staying and will continue to operate from their workplace in Witney.

Finch Group, which now manages in excess of £50 million in GWP, was the first to become part of the Ethos Broking network in November 2016.
