The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Ardonagh Group, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
The opening date for entries is 09.30am on 28th April 2025. The closing date of the prize draw is 4.30pm on 28th April 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
Finch accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
A winner will be chosen by random draw on 6th May 2025.
The winner will receive £250 worth of Amazon vouchers.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 31st May 2025 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Finch within 5 working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) of being notified by Finch, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Finch will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 28 days of being notified of their win.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Finch reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Finch’s control makes it necessary to do so.
Finch’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Finch must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Finch will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails godalming@finchinsurance.co.uk or writes to 6 Queen Street, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1BD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Draw Date. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact Finch at godalming@finchinsurance.co.uk or on 01483 426300. In such circumstances, Finch may still have to provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Finch reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Finch reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Finch’s Fair Processing Notice: Finch_Fair_Processing_Notice_2024.pdf. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
