We are pleased to announce our latest acquisition, with the purchase of Hampshire-based commercial lines broker Miller & Co.
Based in Hambledon, near Portsmouth, the company places around £3m gross written and employs 10 people, all of whom will remain in the business.
Vincent Gardner, Finch Group’s managing director said:
“The acquisition of Miller & Co marks our fifth purchase this year and we are continuing to follow our strategy of working with quality, independent brokers who have strong reputations within their local communities.”
This is our fifth acquisition since being bought by Broker Network in November last year, with Citymain Insurance Services in January, County Insurance Services in February, Taylor Beaumont in May, and the acquisition of a small commercial book from Isle of Wight broker Ben Bishop in July.
